who we train
We train both client-side & agency-side teams to deliver coherent programmes across their organisations.
So whether you are looking to build out internal capabilities to reduce reliance on agencies, or seeking to offer CRO as a service to your clients, we've trained people like you.
And the training programmes that we use for our clients are the same programmes we use for our own team.
for cro practitioners
Our Practitioners course is designed for those who will be running the day-to-day operation of either their own CRO programme, or that of their clients.
And whilst no prior CRO knowledge is required, many of our trainee Practitioners come from digital backgrounds or related fields; analytics, UX, paid media and / or SEO, to name a few.

how we train
We believe the best way to learn is to do.
So all of our training is a mixture of interactive presentation with in- and out-of-session practical work.
Each session is around 2 hours, but this isn't a hard-and-fast rule - if we need to take a little longer to get things right, then that's what we do
We run sessions once a week as the norm, but can increase up to twice a week if time allows
Each session starts with a quick-fire recap of content from previous sessions - and all trainees are expected to contribute
We run our sessions with no more than 4 attendees - this ensures every trainee gets the personal attention they will need
We only run our sessions with trainees from the same businesses - that way they can speak freely about their challenges
Learning by doing cannot be restricted to the time we have together - effort is required outside of our sessions to maximise benefit
We love running our sessions face-to-face - but we can run them virtually too, whatever fits best
Each trainee needs to be in every session - it's a packed programme, and each session needs to build on the last to be effective
Our training programmes are run on-demand - so can be scheduled to best meet your requirements
